How can you really make sure you are not being underquoted a rate?

Ask for a signed rate lock from the broker you are dealing with.

Mr. Tluck I have come across your website and would like to know the benefits of employing the services of a Mortgage Broker vs. going directly to the big box banks. I'm not sure I know the benefit and hope you will elaborate, thanks.
